Last week took place the everis talent week in Madrid, where the winners from the 10 everis participating countries competed to achieve the international everis award prize (60,000€ + i-deals strategic mentoring).
With the main goal of promoting talent and stimulating people who dare to start a business, the everis Foundation has dedicated the last week of November to support them in growing their projects from many different points of view offering them seminars and conferences. Such conferences were aimed at supporting these entrepreneurs, who have developed worldwide scalable and sustainable projects, based on technological innovation and, most importantly, capable of having an important impact on our society.
One of these seminars imparted to the 10 finalists was taught by i-deals, with focus on strategic development and funding needs for startups. i-deals, who has supported the 10 finalist projects on their way to the final, aimed such conference to work with the entrepreneurs on providing them with the methodology and tools necessary to develop a great go-to-market approach. Concepts such as developing a compelling value proposition, understanding their competitive landscape, highlighting their differential attributes, understanding their target client needs or working on making their business models more scalable were worked together with the startups.
Apart from the seminar imparted by i-deals, the entrepreneurs assisted to several other conferences and meetups, from Tuesday to Thursday, to boost their projects and make the most out of this week in Madrid:
On Thursday 28th November the everis award ceremony took place and Abanza Tecnomed (Spanish representative) was selected winner for the development of WashercapTM, a non-invasive device for the reconstruction of the ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament). As a result, Abanza Tecnomed won the 60,000€ prize money and access to mentoring from i-deals side.
