How does everis collect personal information?
everis collects website user and visitor information at different points in time:

At the time of user registration, by way of filling out the corresponding electronic forms included in this website. Such identification shall later allow the registered user to gain access to and make use of certain content or services offered by this website.

What is personal information used for?
Data Collection Forms

Each one of the forms used to collect personal information shall provide the user with detailed information as to the way in which said data shall be processed, the reason it is being collected, a list of possible data recipients, the obligatory or optional nature of user answers to the questions asked and, in general, all information required by applicable personal information protection legislation.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration form to be filled out by the user are necessary and obligatory for processing the user request. Filling out the remaining fields is optional. Should the user refuse to provide the information required by obligatory fields, everis shall not process said request.

Recruiting Section ("Work with Us")
Those people interested in working for any of the everis Group companies or who wish to apply for our scholarship plan should enter the Recruiting Section ("Work with Us") for the country in which they wish to apply for work or a scholarship. Said persons must also complete the corresponding form and attach their résumé.

The information required for considering your application for inclusion in a selection process and the subsequent processing of your application shall be governed by applicable requirements and legislation in the country in which the employment offer was issued. At registration time, the applicant shall receive detailed information from the corresponding everis Group company about how their personal information shall be processed, the purpose for collecting such data, possible data recipients and, in general, all other information required by current information protection legislation in the country in which the employment offer has been issued.

The personal information provided by the applicant using this section shall be included in the files and data bases of the everis Group company receiving said data in order to include the corresponding application in present and/or future selection processes, execute the hiring process for the selected applicant (where applicable), forward the application to those everis Group companies that issued the employment offer, and that could be interested in the applicant’s profile, compile statistics and send information to the applicant about everis Group activities and services that could be of interest to said applicant. This includes, but is not limited to, offers, news, events, newsletters, surveys and information related to the consulting field. Furthermore, we also inform the applicants that their information could be transferred to other everis Group organizations, some of which have been established in countries that are not members of the European Union, for the purposes described herein. The identity and addresses of said Organizations are included in this website (www.everis.com). All such organizations work in the consulting sector.

The everis Group organization that issues the employment offer shall be in charge of the corresponding applicant Files. The identity and address of said Organizations are included in this website in the "everis Worldwide" subsection of the "About everis" section.

Your information shall be kept on file for a period of three years by the everis organization in charge of applicant files.

Should the applicants not wish that their information be used for the purpose indicated or wants to exercise corresponding access, correction, cancellation or opposition rights, said applicant must communicate said request to the everis Organization in charge of the applicant’s file in writing and include a photocopy of their National Identity Document or equivalent. The identity and address of the corresponding everis Organization shall be provided to the applicant at the time of registration in the Recruiting Section.

Recruiting Section Consultation Mailbox.

The users shall have access to a consultation mailbox to which they can forward questions related to the selection processes. Said questions shall be answered by the everis Group company issuing the employment offer in question. The everis Group has made a list of electronic mail addresses available for this purpose to users on this website (see the "Work with Us" section).

The use of this consultation mailbox by users is voluntary.

everis hereby informs all consultation mailbox users that the content of their electronic message, their full name, user name, date, title and content of their message - as well as the content of the response issued by everis - can be published and disseminated in the Recruiting Section. This shall be done in order to encourage both general public and other user access to the aforementioned section. Said consultation information can also be used for responding to the questions asked by users about the different everis Group selection processes.

With regard to content sent by users that has been selected for publication in the Recruiting Section by the Company, everis reserves the right to use the editorial criteria it deems appropriate. Such editorial criteria could include, but not be limited to, changing, reducing or expanding the corresponding content in order to make the questions and answers clearer, more concise and more transparent. Such editing would seek to highlight the aspects of said content that could be useful, important and of general interest to other users and to the general public that gains access to the Recruiting Section.

The user hereby promises to abstain from forwarding the following to the Consultation Mailbox: (i) confusing, false, exaggerated, offensive, denigrating or defamatory information that could constitute a crime or violation of any applicable legislation or that could be damaging to the everis Group, or to third parties; (ii) dangerous or illegal content; (iii) contents containing viruses or other computer programs that could damage website functioning or other systems and / or computers; (iv) surveys, chain letters or content designed to collect, save or use the personal information of other users for commercial purposes without due authorization (spamming); and/or (v) contents whose purpose is to disseminate political, ideological and religious statements.

everis reserves the right to deny, suspend, interrupt or cancel, either totally or partially, access to or use of this Consultation Mailbox and/or this website for those users in non-compliance with the conditions set forth herein.

The personal information provided to the Company by way of the Consultation Mailbox shall be included in the database of the everis Group company that received your electronic mail message for the purposes described herein. This shall be done in order to respond to your inquiry, to take care of your request, to forward your information request to the appropriate everis Group companies, to compile statistics and to send you information related to everis Group activities and services that could be of interest to you. Such information could include, but not be limited to, offers, news, events, newsletters, surveys and information related to the consulting department. Furthermore, we hereby inform you that your information could be transferred to other everis Groups, some of which have been established in countries that are not members of the European Union, for the purposes described herein. IP address

From the time the users gain access to our website, their Internet address could remain registered on our machines as LOG files (records). As a result, the users leave evidence of the IP address that was assigned to them by their internet access supplier. This means that each request, consultation, visit or call to one of the website elements could remain registered. Even so, the LOG files are anonymous (meaning they do not identify the full name of the user) and are solely used for internal purposes such as the compilation of statistics used to follow-up on website access control.

The Sending of Electronic Mail

Personal information (including, without limit, your electronic mail address) that is provided to the Company by website users or visitors who send electronic mail shall be included in a file that is the sole property and responsibility of everis Spain S.L.U. This shall be done in order to respond to your request and to forward you commercial or promotional information on everis Group products, services, news or events using any media whatsoever, including electronic mail. Even so, said consent can be revoked. Thus, should the user not desire their information to be used for the purpose indicated herein or they wish to exercise their access, correction, cancellation or opposition rights, said user must notify the everis Spain, S.L.U. Marketing Department of the same in writing at Avenida de Manoteras 52, 28050 Madrid and include a photocopy of their National Identity Document or its equivalent.

How do I update my personal information?
The user hereby declares that the personal information provided to everis using this website - by way of completing corresponding forms or having sent an electronic mail message - is truthful, correct, updated and complete. The user is responsible for communicating any modification or updating of said information to everis.

Those users that have applied for employment opportunities using the Recruiting Section found herein, will be issued a user name and password by everis. This shall allow said users to gain access to their personal information and modify or update the same on-line. Said user name and password shall be personal and non-transferable and can solely be used by the applicant in question for the purposes authorized in this section. The applicant shall be held liable, both before everis as well before third parties, for maintaining the confidentiality of both the user name and password and the use made of the same. Should the users detect any unauthorized use of their user name and password, they must inform everis of the same immediately.

For other users who have provided everis with personal information by way of some means other than using the Recruiting Section, said users must communicate any change or updating of their information to everis in writing by sending a letter to everis Spain S.L.U., Marketing Department, Avenida de Manoteras 52, 28050 Madrid. Said letter must indicate the following reference: "ARCO (LOPD) Rights Request" and be addressed to the following departments pursuant to the nature of the information involved:

- Applicant Information: must be sent to the "Selection Department".
- Ex-employee information: must be sent to the "Personnel Administration Department".
- Contact or Client information: must be sent to the "Marketing Department".

What will happen if I provide everis data to third parties?
Should the user include the personal information of other natural persons in either the corresponding electronic form or by sending an electronic mail message, prior to including or communicating their information to everis, said user must inform the third parties involved of the contents of this Privacy Policy. The users shall guarantee that they have obtained previous consent from the aforementioned third parties in order to transmit their personal information to everis.

At what point will I have given my consent to everis to process my information?
As from the moment you forward us your personal information, by filling out electronic forms or sending us an E-mail, you are thereby authorizing us to process your personal information and transfer it to other everis Group companies for the purposes described at the bottom of each form and/or this Privacy Policy. This authorization shall even include any "sensitive information" that the user may have provided to everis using the Recruiting Section. Such information could include data on health, sex life, ideology, union affiliation, religion and beliefs. As a result, if the user does not wish to provide such "sensitive information", they should delete such data from both their résumé and registration form.

Furthermore, access to or use of this website means that the user or visitor has comprehensively accepted this Privacy Policy and has given their consent and authorization for the collection, processing and communication of their personal information for the purposes described in said Policy.

Furthermore, everis hereby reminds all users of the possibility of exercising their access, correction, cancellation and opposition rights by sending a letter, along with a photocopy of their National Identity Document or its equivalent, either to everis Spain S.L.U., Selection Department, Avenida de Manoteras 52, 28050 Madrid or to the corresponding everis Group company. 7.- The Communication of Illegal or Inappropriate Activities
If any website user has knowledge of any hyperlink that leads to web pages whose content or services are illegal, harmful, denigrating, violent or morally inappropriate, said user should contact everis and include the following real and alleged information:

The personal information of the informant: name, address, telephone number, electronic mail address;

A description of the facts that reveal the illegal or inappropriate nature of the hyperlink in question;

Should any violation of industrial or intellectual rights be involved, the personal information of owner of the right that has been violated must be provided if said person is not the informant himself.
